All BACKDRAFT sales are final. Given our limited production runs, we're unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we'll make it right with a replacement or repair.
